drift scene

I caught my first drifting at the Hot Import Nights March 2006 show at San Diego which I was showing at. The course was small and it was also raining most of the day. I had fun watching it and wanted to see more. I attended my first real show in December of 2006 at the D1GP finals up at Irwindale.

Drifting is much bigger in the import scene so it was nice to see Mustangs out and representing. Vaughn Gitten and Ken Gushi in their S197's for Falken and Toyo Tires respectively. I've been to three shows so far and they have been some of the most entertaining events that I've attended. It's also fun to shoot action although it is can be tough to find an open spot.
